Mr. Saud Al-Mutairi has experience in accounting, internal and external auditing, and financial and administrative consulting, having worked with major companies and professional consulting offices in the Kingdom. He has also supervised the transformation of government entities from the cash basis to the accrual basis of accounting, overseen the audit of other government entities on both cash and accrual bases, and supervised audits of private sector companies, including joint-stock companies.
Abdul Rahman Al-qashlan

Abdulrahman Al-Qashlan has more than 10 years of experience in accounting, internal and external auditing, and financial and management consulting. He worked as the Quality and Compliance Manager in professional consulting offices in the Kingdom. He also supervised the transformation of government entities from the cash basis to the accrual basis of accounting, oversaw the audit of other government entities on a cash basis, and supervised audits of private sector companies, including joint-stock companies.

Director of Internal Audit Department
Mohammed Al-Yousef has more than 12 years of experience in accounting and internal auditing. He worked as an auditor at the General Court of Accounting and as an internal auditor in both public and private sectors, handling tasks from risk assessment to report issuance and follow-up. He also supervised the establishment of Internal Audit Departments in several public and private sector entities.

Abdulaziz Al-humail has more than 7 years of experience in the field of Zakat and tax accounting, where he worked as a Zakat and tax studies specialist and analyst in the general secretariat of the Zakat, tax and Customs committees to conduct legal and technical studies of disputed issues before the committees, discuss and analyze them .
